Lots 1 to 3 front onto Marina Road, which is a year-round crushed rock surface road maintained by the Township of Rideau Lakes. Lots 4 to 6 front onto Chaffeys Lock Road which is a paved County Road.

The Township of Rideau Lakes owns the park and will determine park activities. There is currently a network of recreational trails.

In addition to zoning provisions, Lots 3 to 6 are subject to a development agreement with the Township that, among other things, stipulates protective measures for natural areas. There are no time limitations on when work must be completed.

How are the lots serviced?

Lots will require on-site well and sewage disposal services.  Lot 3 already has a drilled well, and all lots have constructed driveways to the proposed building sites. Hydro and telephone lines are at
the road.

No, the advertised prices are not negotiable. HST is in addition to the purchase price. HST rebates are available if the purchase is ultimately for a principal residence.
