Past Projects
Algonquin Heights
Algonquin Heights Lakeside Community was established as a plan of subdivision by three prominent businessmen from Barry’s Bay Ontario back in 1987. However, much of the subdivision remained undeveloped for many years. It is located on Trout Lake among the picturesque rolling hills east of Algonquin Park.
In the summer of 2020, recognizing the incredible potential of the properties, Mark and Miriam Snider purchased all the remaining lots in the development, and undertook significant enhancements to the lots and community. It was fully sold out one year later.
Kennebec Shores
Kennebec Shores is an exceptional four-season lakeside community located in Frontenac County about one hour north of Kingston, Ontario.
It is composed of 27 large building lots immersed in nature and a 156 acre wilderness park with 8 km of hiking trails. This former cross-country ski resort property was purchased in 2010.
Mark designed an environmentally responsible plan of subdivision based on extensive technical studies and in consultation with the Kennebec Lake Association and approval agencies. Within five years construction was complete, and by 2020 Kennebec Shores was sold out.
Dunrovin Shores
Dunrovin Shores is part of the picturesque seaside village of Victoria-by-the-Sea situated along the warm southern shores of Prince Edward Island. This charming historic village is a popular destination for tourists who walk the beautiful treelined streets and visit the many shops and attractions.
This new community offers paved public streets, water and sewer services, buried utilities, high speed internet, and ornamental street lighting. All lots have ocean views and are a short walk to the beach, cafes, seafood restaurants, gift shops, and live summer theatre.
